1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the teonbridge.com website ("Site"), operated by TeonBridge LLC ("TeonBridge," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting a request form on it, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Description of the Site

The Site describes TeonBridge's sales software for residential remodelers, including DesignPro and related tools, and lets visitors request a demonstration or discuss a pilot. Product availability, packaging, and pricing are confirmed in writing as part of any agreement between you and TeonBridge; nothing on the Site is an offer to sell.

3. Request Forms

3.1 Information You Submit

When you complete a request form, you provide your name, company, and email address, and may provide a phone number, preferred contact time, remodeling category, and notes. By submitting a form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to receive communications at the contact details provided.

3.2 Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a request form, you expressly consent to be contacted by TeonBridge about your request. Contact may occur via phone call, text message (SMS), and email. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Illustrations, Examples, and the Worksheet

Illustrations and sample content on the Site are provided for explanation only and are not product screens unless labeled as such. The sales scenario worksheet produces figures from the numbers and assumptions you enter; those figures illustrate a scenario and are not measured TeonBridge results, a prediction, or a guarantee of any outcome.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, code, text, illustrations, and branding, and the TeonBridge products it describes, are the exclusive property of TeonBridge LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without prior written consent from TeonBridge.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TEONBRIDGE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEONBRIDGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeonBridge LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Modifications to Terms

TeonBridge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
