When you submit a request form on the Site, we collect:

  • Preferred contact time, if you choose to provide it
  • Your remodeling category and any notes you write about what you want to explore

We do not collect payment information, health data, or sensitive personal identifiers through the Site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data. The Site may record technical error reports to keep it working.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used to respond to your request. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Contact you about the demo or pilot conversation you asked for
  • Prepare an example relevant to your team and your remodeling category
  • Follow up on your inquiry

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising on other platforms.

4.1 Service Providers

Form submissions are delivered to our team by Resend, an email delivery provider that processes the message on our behalf and is contractually bound to use it only for service delivery. The Site is hosted by a cloud hosting provider that processes traffic on our behalf. No other third-party processors receive your form data.

We do not share your information with data brokers, advertising networks, or analytics platforms.

5. Data Retention

We retain request details for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and we delete them on request. Email records of your submission are kept in our business mailboxes according to our ordinary retention practices.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights
